Knowing which one - and at which tide - is the difference between the session of your trip and a frustrating paddle. Our local guides surf here every day and read it instinctively.

Surf guiding is not a lesson. It is for surfers who can already handle themselves in the lineup and want local knowledge to maximise their waves. Your guide checks the swell, wind and tide, picks the break that is working best for the conditions and your ability, and gets you in the water at the right time.

Beyond the famous names, your guide knows the quieter, lesser-known spots that pick up swell when the crowds are battling for waves at the main reefs. They handle line-up positioning, reef navigation and timing, so you spend your energy surfing rather than guessing. Transport between breaks is included as conditions change through the session.
